A leading company within the process industry, currently supplying to over 500 retailers nationwide, has an urgent opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join their team.
Roles / Responsibilities:
This busy and challenging role will encompass planning work activities to ensure compliance with related working standards and practices, hands on maintenance or supervision of individuals who install and repair utilities and equipment, and working in conjunction with the production team to increase efficiencies and decrease downtimes.
Skills / Experience:
To be successful in this role you should come from either a mechanical or electrical background with extensive maintenance management experience within a food manufacturing or distribution company. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a tenacious and innovative approach to work are essential.
