Minimum 3 years experience working in a Quality Assurance role supporting Manufacturing. Ability to resolve Product Quality issues and drive timely and effective Corrective Actions.
Strong ability to interact with and lead project teams to implement.
Provides support to the Manufacturing organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area, to optimize existing processes, and to ensure that production goals are met.
Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and corrects equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues.
Support Corrective/Preventative action activities within the Quality Organization. Support daily Quality system activities such as data analysis and tracking and monitoring of Corrective and Preventative Action.
Develop and implement competent CAPA training activities. Good Computer skills necessary. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Work with CAPA owners on an as needed basis to ensure that they have a good understanding
< Education:
Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline
Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related work experience with a strong understanding of specified functional area.
