Job Description:
Our client a Building Services Contractor in Ireland requires a Senior Mechanical Contracts Engineer to work in there UK Company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for several contract engineers and sub contractors so you will need to have good management skills and the projects that you will be working on will vary in value.
You will be dealing with the projects from a pricing stand point and the award of contract to final handover.
This will involve responsibility for the planning, purchasing of materials, equipment and sub-contractors.
You will meet regularly with client/main contractor and establish good working relationships and as a contracts manager you will ensure that each of your projects is run professionally, efficiently, and profitably. You will need to have excellent knowledge of HVAC installations and a sound mechanical services background.
You will need to be computer literate and also commercially astute
