Position Summary
Responsible for the coordination of SO Irelands capital projects CER processes. Coordinate Capital budgets and forecasts, and manage facilities capital projects for Limerick.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Manage the CER process for SO Ireland, and ensure CER templates, files and tracking processes are maintained.
- Assist operations and other support departments with the CER Process. Carry out training and mentoring as necessary to ensure consistency in CER creation and compliance with procedure.
- Schedule and chair CER review meetings as necessary
- Coordinate Cost reduction activities within the technical services department.
- Manage Capital Project for company.
- Manage the Capital budget and forecasts for company, and ensure compliance with the financial forecasting process.
- Maintain relationships with our consulting partners, and coordinate project management or civil activities when necessary.
- Develop plans and create CERs for plant upgrade
- Coordinate EHS site storm water interceptors project
- Office upgrade projects (Quality Department)
Qualifications Knowledge Skills
- Bachelor of science in engineering with minimum 5 yrs relevant experience in a similar role.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge and experience of legal and Safety requirements for civil projects.
- Excellent Communication skills.
