- 14 years experience in logistics, procurement and supply chain management in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Sector
- Trained in internal auditing, and ISO9000 (BSI qualified) with Six Sigma awareness
- European management experience covering cross divisional supply chain responsibilities across Ireland, Europe and the UK
- Extensive people management experience, leading a cross functional team of 45 with 6 direct reports
- Proven supply chain competencies in forecasting, inventory / project management and supply chain development
Master Scheduler: - Bachelors Degree in Business Studies with Management & Marketing and HETAC Level 7, Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean Manufacturing
- 8 years Master Scheduler and planning experience across both the Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing Industry
- Extensive experience of SAP Process in Procurement SCM500, SAP Process in Production Planning SCM130, SAP COPA and SAP Inventory Management
- Proven Management of and the manufacture & supply of 700 SKU’S across 3 Irish plants to 65 Countries across EMEA, Asia-Pacific & Caribbean
- Reduction of Age of Stock Profile, from €100k at risk to less than €5k per year of actual write off annually through customer engagements, pack size changes, risk analysis and reworks
