- Service charge budgeting and expenditure control up to €2m
- Reporting on a quarterly basis to each Management Company’s Board of Directors, including the notification, holding and recording minutes of AGMs and other statutory meetings
- Management of all outsourced Contactor Services pertaining to block management including the procurement of all outsourced maintenance contracts and ensuring best value for money for the client
