Job Description:
Our clients currently have a vacancy for a Maintenance Manager from preferably an electrical or mechanical background
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced, plant knowledge, structured environment that can be hands on when needed.
A manager with the skills and experience to monitor and motivate a team of 10 technicians.
Someone who can manage proper reporting systems, reviews and who can handle staff issues.
60% office based / 40% hands on role
A balance of technical and management abilities
