Job Description:
Our client a well known food manufacturer has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their organisation to manage the quality team.
This busy and varied role will encompass:
- Developing and implementing Customer Technical Specifications for all plant auditing
- Managing a team of QA/QC professionals
- Training and management of staff in HACCP and hygience standards to ensure quality standards are met
- Developing and implementing plant quality management systems
- Ensuring that BRC / INAB / ISO standards are maintained
- Preforming Audits
To be successful in this role you must have
- A relevant Food Science and/or Quality related degree
- A strong working knowledge of BRC and ISO standards
- Previous experience of managing a QA/QC professionals
