Account Manager

Location: Dublin [Dublin]

Salary: €45000 - €50000 Per Annum

Role / Responsibilties:

• Effective management and delivery of a high quality service to our clients.
• Establish a personal, confidential, close and personal relationship with clients.
• Establish a good working relationship with internal departments.
• Problem solving by working through issues and implementing long term solutions.
• Communication to internal and external customers on day to day business issues.
• Preparation of monthly reports for clients to cover the main areas of our service offering.
• Analyze existing and new business opportunity and prepare professional market reports to client base.
• Proactively add new added value services to our existing client base.
• Defining new business models for new and existing clients.
• Agreeing of KPI targets and reporting of same to internal and external Director level.
• Work closely with the Operations Team and Customer Service Team.

Skills / Experience:

• At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management as part of a business role.
• At least 5 years experience managing and developing a number of customer accounts.
• Strong customer relationship management ability.
• Good commercial acumen.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Previous administration/strong report writing experience.
• Strong Computer skills in database systems.
• Experience and understanding of logistics, operations, customer services, key accounts and project management.

Package:

• Salary: Circa 50,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• Bonus: 10% performance related.
• Status: Permanent.
