Job Description:
Production Planner- Contract
Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical facility based in Co Wicklow currently have a vacancy foran experienced Production Planner
to Maintain the Master Production Schedule in line with global demand and sales orders. The role will also involve providing timely updates
in relation to customer requirements and issuing and updating production plans.
Requirements:
Relevant 3rd level qualification in Supply Chain or Business. APICS qualification an distinct advantage
Ideally 3-5 years experience within a Production Planning role within a highly regulated manufacturing facility
Experience in ERP ideally JD Edwards
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effectively dealing with cross-functional personnel at all levels including Head Office, and of successfully managing subcontractors.
A Proactive, organised and customer focused approach is necessary for this demanding position. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and numerical skills are essential.
