Job Description:
Key Tasks:
- Supervision and delegation of duties to assistant/junior engineers
- Reporting into Contracts Manager
- Acting as a deputy for the Construction Manager, this person will be in charge of a large section of a multi-million motorway project
- Supervision and monitoring of sub- contractors;
- Quality information, engineering supervisor and liaison with the teams
- Generally assisting in the site management of the project
- Organizing planning and re-sourcing works
- Ensure that the works are constructed in accordance with the contract drawings, specification and Project Execution Plan
- Produce and review construction methods statements ensuring that the works are constructed efficiently and safely
General Requirements Include:
- Fluent Polish and English is essential
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Polish licences together with road building experience would be an advantage.
- Technical and written competence in Polish and English is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years civil senior engineer experience
- Highway experience would be an advantage
- Masters or Degree qualification in Construction or Engineering related field
