Job Description:
- Key Tasks:
- Manage the on site resource and the construction
- Primarily responsible for delivery of motorway projects
- Work through the line managers proactively and effectively, fulfilling the contractual obligations and keeping control on production to programme.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the client, his representatives and other project stakeholders with a vested interest.
- Set up all on site systems, specifically relating to health, safety, environmental and quality procedures, in accordance with SRBs best practice framework.
- Project Manager will retain operational and commercial accountability throughout
- Project Manager will report to Civil Engineering Director
General Requirements Include:
- Fluent Polish and English is essential
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational and management skills
- Polish licences together with road building experience would be an advantage.
- Technical and written competence in Polish and English is an advantage.
- Masters or Degree qualification in Construction or Engineering related field
- More than 8 Years civil and project management experience.
- Motorway experience would be an advantage.
