Logistics Coordinator with Fluent Spanish

Our Client is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator with Freight Contract Experience and fluent in Spanish  to join their organisation.

• Maintaining close contact with Customers and Marketing Managers to ensure Customer Satisfaction and adequate execution of sales contracts.
• Ensuring an optimal shipment schedule by complying with Customer expectations and operational needs.
• Working closely with Contract Administrators, Freight Specialists and Operations team.
• Negotiate shipment schedules with ship owners reconciling their needs and maximizing operational throughout and reliability along with customer needs
• Process Freight Payment
• Despatch calculation, negotiation and agreement with shipping partners.
• Implement prompt and mutually acceptable solutions to exceptional situations that may arise during the execution of the contract.
• Maintain effective interfaces and close communications with the operation through the Quality and Logistics Division.

Experience and knowledge of Customer Service, Marketing, Port Operations, Logistics and Transportation (freight negotiation), and Grade Control are mandatory.

Experience and knowledge of accounting/finance are mandatory<

Ability to handled PC and software applications: Windows, Word, coal sales system, and Excel.

Fluent Spanish is essential for this role

University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, International Trade or similar.

Post Degree Studies and courses in related subjects are encouraged/welcomed.
