Job Description:
Knowledge & Experience:
Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing for finished dosage forms.
12+ years experience in QA, Laboratory Operations, Operations, or Technical Support in a pharmaceutical setting.
Strong knowledge of European and International regulations for quality systems and compliance.
Manufacturing or Quality related experience in some of the following areas:
sterile,liquid,solids or API's.
Capable of understanding and overcoming different cultural and language obstacles to provide solutions that satisfy corporate, regional, and local objectives.
Capable of analysing data in order to support the development of strategies to effectively manage the action plans that will resolve the issues.
Registered Qualified person status is desirable
Roles / Responsibilities:
Other requirements include:
Project management and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to communicate, understand, and direct individuals in highly specialized technical fields.
Ability to identify problems, and initiate corrective actions and preventative actions.
Perceptual and analytical problem solving relating to:
removal of obstacles,
setting of priorities and ability to diffuse organizational conflicts involving people,
resources and/or facilities.
Ability to use Quality Tools such as benchmarking, gap analysis, pareto analysis, fish-bone diagrams, and process mapping for fact base decision making
Education / Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering or other technical/scientific area
