Specific Outcomes / Accountability:
Primary point of contact with distributors on all demand management matters
Demand management:
Enter sales orders
Process invoices
Preparing documents for attestations
Coordinate with customers for orders
Enter purchase orders & invoices for intercompany transactions
Shipment documentation management
Manage KPI¿s ¿ forecast accuracy; days forward cover; stock outs; collections
Job Description:
Reporting:
Publish weekly order status report
Generate monthly local /ex factory sales report and in market stock
Generate KPI report per required frequency
Generate project management trackers per required frequency
Monthly forecast report
In market management:
Coordinate with distributors and agree on relevant actions to minimize and avoid any supply issues
Distributor compliance to reporting; forecasting and pricing practices
Service oriented mindset with distributors
Tender management
Forecasting
Collections management
Project manage new product transitions with elected distributors
Roles / Responsibilities:
Intercompany management:
Implement relevant process
Ensure compliance to internal process
Strong intercompany collaboration
Shipping and order timing management with Aspen supplier company
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of three years experience in demand management function in a multinational pharma setting
Advanced skills in Excel and analysis
Knowledge of accounting preferred
Finance / business degree
Background in pharmaceutical / FMCG / manufacturing
