The Requirements of the Role We are looking for Directors and Senior Managers with:

Job Description:

Broad based consulting experience across a range of disciplines such as strategy and business planning, organisation development, HR, business process and financial advisory.
We are looking for candidates that have the ability to deliver solution based projects to our diverse client base. While we use a number of tools and methodologies in our approach we tailor each job to the needs of the client and thus must rely on high quality professionals with the ability to problem solve and deliver real value. The right candidates must have a proven track record of consulting in the areas outlined above and in delivering high level solutions. We are not looking for consultants whose primary experience is in the area of ICT or system integration type consulting. Although a strong business understanding of the use of ICT as a business tool is required.
An ability to deliver real value to clients and to develop and build strong relationships.

Roles / Responsibilities:

The candidate must have experience of working on solution based consulting projects with clients at senior or board level. Building long term relationships with clients will be a key focus of the role
A proven ability to develop business

The candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong track record in business development, including the preparation of proposals, business cases, the analysis of client and market opportunity and where required the candidate must have an ability to cross sell with audit/tax teams
A proven track record of managing and developing the product, service, business and people dimensions of a consulting practice.
We are looking for candidates that will support the consulting partners and management team in managing the practice on an operational and strategic level. This will include:
Developing and motivating the team
Running and overseeing a number of projects simultaneously

Skills / Experience:

An interest in a long term future with an international professional services firm and the ambition to achieve objectives and targets necessary to progress to the role of partner.
Sectoral experience
Experience in the delivery of consultancy assignments in the higher education, public sector and financial services sectors would be an advantage.
Personal Characteristics Team leader and problem solver, highly self motivated
Personal pride in operational delivery
Ability to work in a pressurised environment

Education / Professional Qualifications:

This role is complex and multidimensional and the candidate's salary will reflect their experience
