Job Description:

As Formulations Manager you be responsible for developing new and innovative skincare products that will strengthen the company's reputation and product range. You will work very closely with the marketing team throughout the development and launch of any new products.

 

Roles / Responsibilities:

This is a varied and challenging role which will encompass managing a team of Formulation Chemists, formulation development, development of the formulation library, managing a substantial budget and effectively working in conjunction with a number of different Departments locally and globally.

Skills / Experience:

To be successful in this role you must possess a third level science degree with a minimum of 10+ years experience within the cosmetics, beauty or skincare industry. A strong new product development and an innovative approach to technology are essential.

Personal Attributes:
