Job Description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager will have overall responsibility for both the production and packaging areas and must ensure that all activities are carried out within budget and specified timescales. This busy role will encompass ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, monitoring performance and continually assisting in leading and developing the growth and expansion of the organisation.
Skills / Experience:
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years production / packaging experience, ideally within an international pharmaceuticals company.
Education / Professional Qualifications:
Minimum of a third level Science / Engineering qualification.
Personal Attributes:
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, a flexible and adaptable attitude and a proven track record of leading and motivating a successful production and/or packaging team are essential.
