Snr Regional Compliance Quality Manager

Our Client a leading multidiscipline healthcare company is hiring for a Senior Regional Compliance Quality Manager based in Dublin,

A leading global healthcare (Pharmaceutical and medical devices) company, this role will be responsible for managing Quality and Compliance related activities across the EU Region.

Responsible for ensuring that  the company  maintains compliance with local and International regulations as required by markets supplied within the EU region. Responsible for ensuring that all of the quality systems are appropriate so that the product safety, efficacy and quality are maintained.



Job Description:

Strong knowledge of European and International regulations for quality systems and compliance.

Manufacturing or Quality related experience in some of the following areas:
sterile,liquid,solids or API's.

Capable of understanding and overcoming different cultural and language obstacles to provide solutions that satisfy corporate, regional, and local objectives.
Capable of analysing data in order to support the development of strategies to effectively manage the action plans that will resolve the issues.

Registered Qualified person status is desirable.


Project management and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a team.

Ability to communicate, understand, and direct individuals in highly specialised technical fields.

Ability to identify problems, and initiate corrective actions and preventative actions.



Roles / Responsibilities:

Perceptual and analytical problem solving relating to:
removal of obstacles,

setting of priorities and ability to diffuse organizational conflicts involving people,
resources and/or facilities.

Ability to use Quality Tools such as benchmarking, gap analysis, pareto analysis, fish-bone diagrams, and process mapping for fact base decision making.

 



Skills / Experience:

Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing for finished dosage forms.
10+ years experience in QA, Laboratory Operations, Operations, or Technical Support in a pharmaceutical setting.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or other International certification desirable

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering or other technical/scientific area
