Roles / Responsibilities:
1. Work with Tecaprint to operate, maintain and fault find, in breakdown or planned maintenance on the new print pilot line
2. All work to comply with GMP and safety standards.
3. Record work done and conduct handovers with relevant personnel before leaving the plant.
4. Work with Engineering, Production Managers and Operators as the print pilot line contractor to achieve production and quality goals.
5. Develop and implement pilot line preventative maintenance system.
6. Set-up print spare & stocking levels on the company system to ensure minimum downtime.

Skills / Experience:
Experience with Pad Printing and Print technology
Experience in UV and Thermal Cure desirable
Senior Trade Qualification
Experience working with PLC and understanding of electronic equipment
Good PC skills
Strong electro-mechanical background
Previous maintenance/fault finding experience on highly automated equipment desirable
Experience with AutoCAD or solidworks desirable
High level of ability in problem solving and troubleshooting
Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach
