Quality Control Line Inspector - Tipperary
This is a 4 month contract with a medical device organisation based in the Tipperary region for an experienced Quality Line inspector. This position is based around a 2 cycle shift rotation - mornings and evenings.
Job Description:
- Performs in-line process audits to assure compliance with the manufacturing and quality procedures.
- Perform line clearance verification prior to start any phase and during statistical methology
- Perform batch record audits to verify that all documentation relation to the master batch is present, completed and correct. Perform packaging audit prior to product shipment.
- Responsible for evaluation, participation in investigation and closure of any open non-conformances prior to release the lot.
- Interface with peers, supervisors, engineering, supply chain in order to support production schedules.
- Participate in the development of the department KPI's.
- Support projects as required & read / interpret / understand written procedures.
- Maintains GMP compliance & ensure all personal and peer adherence to all Applicable FDA/ISO policies.
Skills / Experience:
- Applicants must be qualified to leaving cert level with no less than 3 years experience working in a similar role within a regulated Pharmaceutical facility.
