Job Description:


Develops, establishes and maintains quality design assurance programs, policies and processes involving specialised devices and control techniques
 
Makes and approves recommendations regarding hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals and merit increases
 
Approves department budgetary expenditures
 
Provide quality systems continuity across divisional development projects in line with Corporate and BSC, SOPs.
 
Interfaces with R&D, Clinical, Marketing, Process Development and Manufacturing functions providing Quality systems guidance.
 
Oversees the provision of Quality deliverables

Roles / Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and guidance for the Quality input for new & existing products as well as design/process changes to existing product lines.
 
Ensures the implementation and maintenance of procedures that ensure that all documentation constantly meets all the regulatory requirements.
 
Monitor release and updates of Quality policies to ensure compliance
 
Provide guidance on to teams and sustaining engineering activities in line with Corporate and Establish site goals
 
Quality policies and Quality Systems & the appropriate regulations for these area.
 
Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented

Skills / Experience:


Degree ideally in a Scientific discipline
8/10 years plus experience in a similar position leading a Quality team across multi site
Expertise in secondary pharmaceutical or solid dose technologies
