Quality Director
Our client a well established manufacturing organisation is looking for a Quality Director.
Role
Manage Quality team to ensure all quality processes and procedures are implemented
To ensure all quality standards are maintained at the levels in accordance with SLAs
To develop plans for the implementation of and new quality processes and monitor progress
Ensure all quality standards are in line with local and international bodies
To work with suppliers regarding any quality issues and also to develop quality levels, with the suppliers so that SLAs can be determined
Assist in any other quality issues that may arise
Requirements
People management experience in a manufacturing environment in a quality department
Must have experience working in a cellular manufacturing environment
Relevant Degree
7 years industry experience
Customer facing experience is essential
Good interpersonal skills
