Job Description:
The right candidate will help ensure that all published content is of the highest editorial quality and developed in accordance with instructional design principles.
The Role
- Collaborate with clinical trial advisors to develop supplementary (web-based) training material for a global audience of site staff involved in clinical research
- Update existing training material in line with project requirements
- Perform editorial reviews of course content to ensure that it complies with general writing guidelines and in-house editorial standards
- Build relationships with key content contributors (clinical trial advisors, instructional designers, graphic designers, and project management)
- Provide ongoing feedback on overall product quality and suggest any necessary improvements
Requirments
- At least a primary degree in technical writing/instructional design
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously within agreed timelines
- Experience in, or knowledge of, all phases of instructional design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation)
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to quickly learn new processes and work across multiple projects
